Robert Schulman | Chairman
Mr. Schulman has been a real estate developer for over 50 years, successfully developing a variety of projects for the Southwestern United States from multifamily to residential, mixed-use, office, retail and everything in between. A true visionary and pioneer in creating real estate that offers an experience.
He has developed over 2+ billion in real estate and has been named top 100 Most Influential Person in Las Vegas.

Brian Burdzinski | President
Brian brings to Schulman more than 30 years of experience within the multifamily sector working for well-respected companies including Watt Companies, John Laing Homes, KB Homes, and Western Pacific Housing.
He was most recently President of Watt Multifamily where he led the company in record growth. With his depth of knowledge and expertise, he is instrumental in leading the Schulman Properties team to continue success in the multi-family development sector.

Joe Gwerder | Senior VP of Operations
Joe is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer who has designed and executed 8,500+ residential properties along with 1.6M SF of commercial and mixed-use. Over his 25 years of experience, he has assisted with a variety of master-planned communities including Lake Las Vegas and Seven Hills in Nevada and understands how to create communities that stand the test of time.

Cassie Trujillo | Senior VP of Business Development & Asset Management
Cassie brings 25+ years of property management experience to Schulman Properties, working for major real estate firms including Cushman & Wakefield, Pinnacle, Greystar, and The Irvine Company. She has consulted on 20+ developments from inception, through operations of lease-up of high-profile luxury apartment communities, as well as assisted with the marketing and branding for many of these destinations. Cassie has been highly recognized across her industry for the work her team has completed over the years.

Bella Espiritu | Comptroller
Bella is a seasoned financial executive who prior to Schulman worked at Watt Companies as a Controller where she was instrumental in assisting with monitoring and aiding in the company’s financial health. At Schulman Bella is responsible for creating financial plans and systems which help to move Schulman Properties towards their goals.
